Federico Quarato

Founder & CEO

Professional journalist, after some experiences with Rtl 1025, the Class group, and Sky Sport 24, he transitioned to corporate communication as a consultant in the financial and insurance sectors.

He founded his first startup in 2016, sold 6 years later. Together with Massimo Dell'Erba, he wrote "Dynamic Pricing" for FrancoAngeli.

On the same topic, he has been a Guest Lecturer at various business schools and universities.

Marco Alò

Founder & CFO

Degree in Management at Bocconi University, he worked as a trader at Integrae Sim and as an analyst at Mediobanca Spa, in the markets area.

In 2016 he founded Dynamitick (later Premoneo), the first company in Italy specialized in dynamic pricing solutions, based on AI algorithms, which was sold in 2022.

Massimo Dell'Erba

Founder & CTO

Computer engineer, developing AI technologies since his thesis at Tokyo Tech in 2006.

He starts as a researcher at the Polytechnic, then continues as a computer scientist at Mediobanca. Then he founds Dynamitick (later Premoneo).

Passionate about various scientific disciplines, he is the host of the podcast Pillole di Scienza, with 1 million unique listens per year.

Paolo Federici

Founder

Former Market Head at UBS Global Wealth Management in Italy, where he joined in 2018 as Head of Wealth.

He arrived at UBS after a long tenure at Fidelity, where he held various positions over more than 12 years, from country manager for Italy to head of Southern Europe and Latin America, before moving to London in the role of global head of products and, lastly, head of Northern Europe.
